What Is Transformational Breath®

A self-healing modality unlike any other.

Developed over 50 years by Dr. Judith Kravitz, Transformational Breath® is a comprehensive breathwork system that works simultaneously on the physical, mental-emotional, and spiritual levels of our being.

Using a full, connected breathing pattern — supported by bodywork, toning, movement, and affirmations — each session guides the breather into deeper states of consciousness where old patterns can integrate and new ones take hold.

Unlike many approaches that simply manage symptoms, TB addresses the root causes held in the breath itself. Your breathing pattern is a map of your subconscious — and changing it changes everything.

01 — OPENING
Intention & Interview

A brief, warm conversation helps the facilitator understand what's present for you. Together you set your intention — the guiding question: what do you want more of in your life?

02 — Analysis
Breath Mapping

Your facilitator observes your

natural breathing pattern

— a literal map of your subconscious. Where breath is restricted, life force is blocked.

This informs the entire session.

03 — Activation
The Breath Journey

Through full, connected circular breathing — supported by bodywork, toning, affirmations, and gentle touch — you move through integration cycles, each one releasing what no longer serves you.

04 — Integration
Rest & Receive

The session closes in a deeply meditative state. Awareness opens to higher consciousness. Many experience profound clarity, peace, and a reconnection to their authentic self.

Physical

Deep, full breathing oxygenates every cell, stimulates the immune system, activates all eight diaphragms, and systematically relaxes chronic tension stored in the body — creating vitality and physical ease.

Mental & Emotional

The breath accesses the subconscious mind — the source of limiting beliefs and suppressed emotions. What surfaces can integrate fully rather than remain trapped, bringing clarity, peace, and emotional freedom.

Spiritual

In the final phase of each session, consciousness opens to higher states of awareness. Many experience their true self — perhaps for the first time — free from layers of conditioning, and receiving clear guidance.
