Monthly Breathwork Circle — Community Sessions
Come back to yourself. Come back to each other.
Once a month, a circle opens.
The Monthly Breathwork Circle is a community gathering of up to 16 people who come together to breathe, release, and reconnect in a shared, supported space.
These sessions are ideal for those who want a regular breathwork practice, are curious about Transformational Breath®, or simply need a space to exhale and be held by community.
What to expect:
Each gathering begins with a brief opening, setting intention, and breath awareness. You will then be guided through a full group Transformational Breath® session, followed by a gentle integration and optional sharing circle.
No experience is necessary. All you need is an open mind and the willingness to breathe.
